Founded in 1984, CDW are a leading multi-brand provider of IT solutions to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the US, the UK and Canada.

We spoke to Jenny Machin, Payroll and Benefits Manager at CDW, to find out more about their experience of Zest.

CDW were looking for a benefits provider and platform which could help bring their offering into the 21^st century. Previously benefits had been recorded on spreadsheets, making it harder for employees to access and select their choices.

Owing to Zest’s relationship with Johnson Fleming, CDW partnered with us and after six months of onboarding, they finally had a fresh platform that could be utilised by their 1,700 workers.

Launch

Agreeing that Zest’s innovative technology has helped engage CDW’s employee’s, Payroll and Benefits Manager Jenny Machin admitted that the launch of their new benefits platform was very successful. It has helped increase the take up in benefits like Private Medical Insurance and Dental Insurance and engaged employees to log in and make selections.
