As a Project Consultant with us you will be responsible for managing the full project cycle to deliver Zest for both new and existing clients. You will be helping them to make the most of Zest’s software and will be accountable for all outputs. Based in our Leatherhead office and reporting to our Head of Delivery, you will be joining a great team of skilled and supportive people who have a passion for working together, delivering quality and setting standards in benefit management.
We are looking for someone who can engage with our clients and quickly get to know their needs. You should have a good standard of both written and verbal communication, able to explain technical terms in a straightforward manner without using a lot of jargon. You will be organised and have the ability to manage client expectations.
We are looking for someone to
- support the sales team function by prospecting, developing and searching for new businesses and targeting prospects. Once sourced, proactive phone contact to arrange demonstrations of the platform, validate and book meetings to agreed targets.
- organise and conduct Webinars and WebExs for light touch demos. Coordinate diaries and sales effort supporting efficient sales and be a full team member / contributor to the achieving new sales targets
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be accountable for achieving sales from direct sales activity by prospecting to identify new sales opportunities with corporate clients, selling to HR & Finance personnel.
They will also be responsible for a number of key accounts and developing business from these. Sales activity will be focused on flexible benefits and technology solutions.
