It offers a simple, clear and informative 360 degree view of an employee’s complete reward and remuneration package. The page allows the employee to understand how their total package is segmented, by simply clicking on sections they can see personalised information about each benefit, bonus and ‘perk’ they have. With both a visual and table view, the employee can have a view of their total reward package in a way which suits them.

And the good news? It’s updated in real-time.

Taking the wheel with Zest’s Total Reward Statement

Here at Zest, we love an idiom. And the good news? You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to navigate our TRS, and there’s no need to go on a wild goose chase to find it.

To access TRS, employees just need to click on the top-level menu option “Total Reward Statement”.

They can choose what date to select (the default will be the current date) from the date picker and also have the option to look at their statement from a date in the past or look at a future date when they know benefits and/or salary values may change.

Offering a visual view as standard, employees can toggle to the “Table” view or vice versa by with the click of a button.

The financial details of the statement will be obscured from view during any initial load of the page for privacy. Selecting “Reveal Financial Details” will unhide all the statement values.

Employers can also link salary components from the total reward statement to a content page.

A key influencer for employee engagement
