Empowering menopause conversations – Meet our panellists

Introducing our industry experts.

On Wednesday 18th October, Zest will celebrate World Menopause Day by hosting a webinar with industry experts.

Held at our Leatherhead office, the panel, hosted by our very own Clare Reynolds, will look into empowering menopause conversations, and how we can foster inclusivity and understanding in the workplace.

Of the benefits that their employers offer, just 2% of employees reported that they have used the menopause support in the last year, with only 17% of businesses saying that they offer menopause support.

We want to ensure colleagues are comfortable having menopause conversations with their employers, and throughout the webinar we will explore:

  • How we can all better understand the menopause experience
  •  Helping HR leaders to create a more supportive work environment
  •  The benefits and tools available to help foster greater inclusivity
  •  Getting to grips with BS30416
