On Wednesday 18th October, Zest will celebrate World Menopause Day by hosting a webinar with industry experts.
Held at our Leatherhead office, the panel, hosted by our very own Clare Reynolds, will look into empowering menopause conversations, and how we can foster inclusivity and understanding in the workplace.
Of the benefits that their employers offer, just 2% of employees reported that they have used the menopause support in the last year, with only 17% of businesses saying that they offer menopause support.

Claire is a seasoned professional in the field of employee benefits, currently serving as the Senior Benefits Manager at Teva. With her extensive expertise and passion for enhancing employee well-being, Claire plays a vital role in managing the benefits platform and administering employee benefits for over a thousand individuals within the organization.
Having recognized the unique challenges, Claire firmly believes that a workplace should be inclusive and accommodating to employees at all stages of their lives. By focusing on menopause support, Claire aims to ensure that Teva remains at the forefront of progressive employee benefits programs and prioritizes the health and well-being of its workforce.
After a career spanning two decades in business development, marketing and brand partnerships in some of the world’s biggest media businesses as well as in innovative start ups, Ann founded digital health venture Adora Digital Health, an innovative platform aimed at addressing the unique healthcare requirements of working women during menopause.
A member of the National Menopause Education and Support Programme (in conjunction with UCL and Wellbeing of Women) Ann is committed to redressing the healthcare imbalance that disadvantages women and diverse communities.
